Refund and Cancellation

At Liquid Hive, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings (digital downloads and instant-access tools), we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once you gain access to any of our premium code snippets, customization tools, or digital resources, the purchase is non-refundable. This policy applies to one-time purchases, monthly access, and annual plans.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content and remain unresolved despite our support team’s intervention

Any such requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase and include a detailed explanation of the issue.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium content will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in account suspension or permanent ban from our platform.
